Over the Rainbow’s Never Looked this Good 

Not to long ago, I shared an image on my facebook. It was just a small little word tally box and a promise that I’d completed a first draft. Family, Friends, and Fans alike came swarming, asking what this new project was about, but I had to withhold information until I was certain I had a publisher. I can now say that my 25k(ish) novella Take Your Medicine has been procured by NineStar Press and will be released in early 2018.

Take Your Medicine is a southern gothic retelling of an old favorite, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. The story focuses on Al, a young, queer girl who suffers from vasovagal syncope. In an attempt to cure her illness, she enlists the help of two back water witches.

I can’t say much else for now, but keep your eyes peeled for more updates on NineStar Press’s Once Upon a Rainbow anthology. Take Your Medicine is just one of many awesome retellings you’ll be able to pick up this new year.
